Achinthya Nanayakkara (Nonchalant Noodles)

 

 In azimuthal equidistant projection, a point on the the earth's surface is taken to be the centre, and all points of equal distance are marked from it, all around the globe, until the opposite pole from chosen location (which shall occupy whole perimeter). This is most notably done centred in North Pole, in the UN logo.. but any point could be set, and there are so many cool ones made online, centred around South Pole, LA etc. There's this interactive website (  https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://maps.ontarget.cc/azmap/en.html&ved=2ahUKEwiPrvnM5fKNAxXtcmwGHY0PD2wQFnoECAoQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0cYaAPnEbYJTceDCv9pefO ) that could be used to make any azimuthal projection. I haven't seen any ones centred around SL, so I thought of making some with equidistant setting. And of course, I reccoment anyone to give the link a try, it was fun to fiddle with.
